What is ThetaHealing®?

ThetaHealing is a holistic healing modality that combines spiritual and energy healing techniques to facilitate personal growth and transformation. It was developed by Vianna Stibal, who claims to have discovered it during her own healing journey.

ThetaHealing is based on the belief that our thoughts and beliefs shape our reality, and by identifying and changing limiting beliefs, we can create positive changes in our lives. It incorporates elements from quantum physics, neurology, and spirituality to access the theta brainwave state, which is associated with deep relaxation and heightened intuition.

The core principle of ThetaHealing is that the practitioner enters a meditative theta brainwave state and connects with the universal energy or the "Creator of All That Is." In this state, they access the client's belief system and use a range of techniques to identify and release limiting beliefs and patterns. These techniques may include verbal dialogue, visualization, and muscle testing (kinesiology).

ThetaHealing aims to bring about healing on multiple levels, including physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual. It is often used to address a wide range of issues such as emotional trauma, limiting beliefs, phobias, physical ailments, relationship challenges, and spiritual growth.

During a ThetaHealing session, the practitioner and client work together to identify the root causes of the client's challenges or issues. Once limiting beliefs or patterns are identified, the practitioner facilitates a process of replacing them with positive, empowering beliefs. This process is often referred to as "downloads" or "downloads of feelings."

ThetaHealing sessions can be conducted in person or remotely, as energy is believed to transcend physical boundaries. The length and number of sessions can vary depending on the client's needs and goals.
